COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eagle Signal HP518A601 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hyundai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 66D2032GX1MP3000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC300K00A0200C000 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HiOR500L400 by Manufacturer Hyundai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 12IAC55B104A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as 12HEA61A303X2 equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1QA6210 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular 12IAC53B4A original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 269PLUS120N120 by General-Electric and 12HEA61A303X2 spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FORNEY32160201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Forney. |
